Why do you call the Reaction Bar revolutionary and evolutionary?
Revolutionary: There have always been barbells for strength and core training. There have always been exercises to train balance. But this is the first device that can attack weaknesses and train both core strength and balance simultaneously and rigorously. Furthermore, the array of bars enables this revolutionary training to take place no matter what your fitness level is.
Evolutionary: The Pfitz Suite of products has moved from the traditional barbell, to the new innovation in barbell technology. Industry experts have said that this bar will one day replace barbells as they have always been known.
Where do you ship products to?
We will ship anywhere, but shipping and handling costs are not included in the list price.
Is my credit card information accessible after my order is placed?
For security reasons we do not keep credit card information on file. This information is needed every time you order.
Do you share personal information with third parties?
No. We value our customers and their privacy, and wish to grow our relationship with each and every one. To this end, it is your privacy that comes first with your address, email information, and contact information. We will never share any of your information with outside vendors.
Will an invoice be included with my order?
Orders include a packing list. If you place your order online you will receive an itemized invoice by email.
What payment methods do you accept?
For online orders, we accept payment methods using PayPal. Any payment methods that PayPal allows we also allow.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are based on the weight and destination of the order.
The product I purchased is not what I expected. Can I return the product?
You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund. All products are warranted free of manufacturer defects for 90 days from invoice date. No other warranty, written, or implied, exists. To return a product please contact us.
